Along with the efforts that are made to help people plan to win child custody in a more meaningful capacity, there are many articles and programs that discuss the issues that are an inherent part of the process. In addition, there was plenty of discussion about the characteristics of the high-conflict personalities both in litigants and attorneys and how people can make the best possible choices as they move forward with their situation.

Jan Brown joined us to discuss domestic violence facts and fiction. Additionally, discussion centered around the resources that are available to both men and women as well as some recent domestic violence law changes that have found resources to be unfairly geared towards only women while providing no benefits for battered men and their male children.

Michael and Lexi discussed several of the dirty tricks used in custody battles that many have experienced and are commonly a part of high-conflict divorce and custody disputes.
September 30, 2009 - Custody Agreement Do’s and Don’ts:
During the inaugural show, Michael and Lexi covered many of the “dos and don’ts” that need consideration when crafting a custody/parenting plan. Depending upon individual circumstances, a shared parenting plan or a primary/secondary parenting plan may be implemented. This helpful program discussed how the custody agreement can often create as many problems as it solves.

I am girlfriend of a man in the divorce process and I have not met his children yet because the PEW threatens that the only way that will happen is “over her dead body”.
If you could do a show on anything that would be helpful for my situation I would appreciate that.
We are waiting for the divorce to be final before I meet the children.
We have been together nearly two years.

I need help !!!! Please !!!! My husbands ex-wife won’t let us have any holiday’s with the children even though its court ordered . My husband finally got fed up and asked a lawyer , the cops , and social services if he would get in legal trouble if he picked them up from school this halloween eve . They all advised him to do just that as long as he let her know before the time the kids got off the bus . i decided to take the children to my mothers after they got here because when she found out there would be a big stink and i did’nt want the kids to see there parents fighting . when we left my home she followed me to a stop light and told everyone i was kidnapping her children . she tryed to get in my car with no luck and when that didn’t work she walked around the back of my car trying to get to the passinger side . i saw my oppertunity and sped off leaving her standing in the road . she went to the hospital and the police and said i ran over her not just once but several times . i didn’t even so much as bump her with my car . the first time i spoke to the police they were very rude to me and treated me as if i were guilty even though ;may i add she had no broken bones no internal bleeding . i haven’t even seen a bruse or scratch . she even felt well eanough to take her sisters boy’s trick or treating that very same night . she filed criminal charges on me and the police man i spoke too said the most i would get is probation ; as if that wasn’t so bad . i’ve never had anything on my record before so why should i give up my spotless record for a lie ? what can i do to fight back besides get a crappy small town lawyer ? when im proven innocent is ther anything i can do to fight back or clear my good name ?
