PAS: The Problem With Parental Alienation

I wish my ex would do something larger than life to really show the courts exactly what she is like, but instead, she sticks to small daily attacks that create long term damage that can't be pinned down to any one incident.

If my wife would tell the kids that I want to kill them, or want to sexually abuse them, that would be one thing, but when she spends her days saying things like "tell your Dad to get your haircut, tell your dad he doesn't pay enough in child support for me to afford" something and "this isn't your fault, it's because you saw your Dad abuse me when you were a baby," the court won't react because it's really just a woman who is mad at me, she's not deliberately trying to harm her children.

Nothing could be further from the truth, especially considering the things she tells them are complete lies. She gets more than enough in child support, and when called on her police report stories in court she couldn't produce a single one. The courts see it as being a "bitch" instead of looking at the consequences of these actions on the children and the psyche.
