PAS: Attempts to Shut Me Out of Our Child's Life

As part of taking my ex-wife to court on contempt charges, much of it has to do with her attempts to shut me out of our the child's life.

Her violations are as follows:

- She hasn't facilitated the videoconferencing as ordered in the parenting plan

- She is doing some preliminary stuff (like having a child call me "Daddy ________" with my first name being in the blank) which is against the anti-parental alienation clauses of our parenting plan.

- She's not following the "cooperation and respect" section in regards to her respecting my parenting style & authority.

- She's not responding to communication regarding the child in a timely manner as directed in the parenting plan.

It's basically a handful of smaller aggravations that have built into a chance to show the ex that she can't be a "Child Owner" that thinks because she's primary parent that she can do what she wants. I'm hoping that this is an opportunity to stop damaging behaviors before they have a lasting impact on the child. I fear that she is only just getting started.

I pray that someone will help me do something about the things she's doing to estrange the child from me.
